Requesting league Sponsorship from Company

Dear Friends,

finally i have found a nice english forum website and i am really in need of help as my english is not so good. I will be organizing an indoor community Soccer league and i would like to know how to write letter in English requesting a sponsorship from potential sponsors..

We are actually looking for a Title Sponsor who will have the naming rights exapmple (Sponsors Name,Company)Metro League.

My organization : Metro League

Sports : Indoor Soccer/football

Mission Statement :

To raised and encorage youth agaisnt drugs,
To promote young talent to the next level so that it will not be overlook
To raised nuture community awarness and participation by providing high quality indoor soccer to local communities

Thank you and hope someone here will help me with my letter With this letter i will send it to all my potential sponsor. and can you please include something so that i could make an appointment with the sponsors for presentation if given a chance.

Do i need to refer potential sponsor as PArtner or Sponsors??
I think i have lots of broken english ..please help me.
And is it advisable to ask the sposor for sponsorship package or wait till the meeting day ?
