Dear Karthik,

I just read your requisition letter and would be grateful if you could further help me with some advice.  I am from Goa and we will be processing to New Delhi for our visas to Bulgaria.  In the process I would like to know how long did it take to attest the Original Certificate and what was the cost.  If you have any more details regarding the same please let me know.
