Hi, I am here again to seek for your expertise in writing a correct letter. Please find below that I prepared for your correction please. Dear Mr __, In relation to the resignation of Dr Oudet Tamer that we received today dated 07 October 2009 of which the reason is obvious due to not granting her salary increase request dated 08 October 2009 and a performance appraisal with the same date. Please be reminded that she was given special treatment compared to the other doctors considering that she took the HAAD exam for the third time before having a license but the company considered her plight of giving her chance. Can we know where is her loyalty to the company. We can not effect her salary increase unless she will revoke her resignation. In future where staff resigns due to not granting a salary increase, something wrong in the management and it is your own look out since you are the manager. Thanks a lot and await for your reply.
