Woops!  Under the line in your posting you ask for comments on style, etc.  In the reprint, that was not copied.  Anyway, re "who has less post than her":  when we're talking about things which can be counted, the adjective would be "fewer."  You would say, "Philip has less experience than her because he has fewer posts."  (or "less than she does")  Strangely, there's no corresponding change in adjectives on the plus side.  "Yoong Liat has more experience than Philip because she has more posts than he does."  Ask yourself if you're talking about things or stuff.  You have fewer things and less stuff.
