I am writing to response to your advertisement in JobsDB.com inviting applications for Safety Officer in your company.

 

I have 8 years post qualification experience in Safety Officer.  I have Higher Certificate in Building Studies.  I have a HKSAR contract experience.  I familiar with computer skill: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Chinese and English word processing.

 

I am immediate available for the post.

 

Enclosed please find a resume with details of my personal particulars.  I should be very grateful if you grant me an interview so that I can explain my qualifications more fully.

Put your name /address / phone / email at the top, as a heading.

Then put these sections, in this order:

OBJECTIVE (what position you are looking for, very briefly)

Why don't you make the changes I've suggested, if you want to, and then repost this.

The format you gave me to work with is an awkward one.
