Please help me rewrite the following sentence using "in spite of":
"Although he was thirsty, he let the children drink first"
I think it may be:
"Inspite of the fact that he was thirsty he let his children drink first"
And tell me please how I can revise this one:
"Inspite of him been thirsty he let his children drink first"

"in" + "spite" = two words.

Your sentence "In spite of the fact that ..." is correct.
"Inspite of him ..." is not correct; it should be "In spite of his being thirsty he let ...".

Yea "in" and "spite" were supposed to be separated (typo)
