At night, although there is no heat, I sweat a lot. Is this because of humidity in the air?

I live in a room where we can't breathe without fan. It's full of pack, and you will find hardly any holes to receive air from outside. So I kept three fans on the three corners of the wall, but sometimes if the power were cut, it would be full of humidity and I sweat a lot.

Even at night, when it is not so hot, I sweat a lot.  Is it because of the high humidity?

We live in a stuffy room with no natural ventilation. We can hardly breathe without having fans to circulate the air. So I put three fans in the room, one in each corner. But sometimes when we lose power, we have difficulty breathing because of the heat and humidity.  When the fans are not working, I sweat a lot.
