He is a rude man who mixes difficultly and uncomfortably with other people.

Is it correct?

I see  difficultly quite rarely, and this seems to be the reason:

--------
dif·fi·cult·ly

Function:adverb

: with difficulty -- usually used before adjectives in -able and -ible <a difficultly
soluble salt>

[link]
---------

The rest seems fine. You may need a comma after man.
