do I say “my China neighbor”? or “my China’s neighbor”?

 

2) if you have this: Carlos’s. do you pronounce it Carloses or  just Carlos?

Hi,

do I say “my China neighbor”? or “my China’s neighbor”?

If you are talking about a person, say 'my Chinese neighbour'.

2) if you have this: Carlos’s. do you pronounce it Carloses or  just Carlos? I say it the former way.
