Dear Sir,

I kindly request a salary increment. This is due to the current inflation in the country, which has made the cost of living standards go up. In addition, I have a baby to take care of. I would like request an increase of kshs.5,000.

Hi,

 This is shubhra. I am working as an administrative & Liaison officer in my company. I need to draft an increment letter for one of the employee of the company in order to give her written verdict. Drafting these type of letter are part of my job's roles & responsibilities but It will be the first time for me also to draft a letter like that. 

Kindly assist me in this regard.

I don't know what format you use for the date. July 03/08 is one I have not seen before. July 3, 2008, or 3 July 2008 are more familiar to me. However if this is your convention, then use it as you have written in.

Usually you state how long your leave will be. One week, two weeks, etc.

Do you "advise" your boss that you are taking leave at a certain time, or do you request it? If you advise him/her, then

I would like to let you know that I have scheduled my annual vacation for [two weeks - whatever], starting on 3 July 2008, when I will be getting married.

I am totally unfamaliar with informing your boss of your expectation for a bonus and pay increase due to marriage, but bonus requires an article ("a"), as does company ("the"), and company should have a small c. Perhaps you want to say "due to my change in my family status" because the company is not the thing that has the family satus.

My work depend Salary & increment last three years  is very less.

I am handling lot of works  as below.

 

01.              Order  processing, payment  & customer support

02.              Central Excise including branches

03.              Service Tax  including branches

04.              Invoice software support including branches

05.              System support including branches

06.              Wed Site Correction & updating

07.              Debit & Credit Notes, Computer items, Stationary & Others

 

My work is satisfied or not. Please reply  -        REQUEST.

 

I am write increment matter this is first & last time. So, please revise my increment  & salary.
