Hi,

Tell your boss what you want, and why he should give you an increment. Tell him why you deserve one.

Try to write a letter, and post it here for us to see. Then we can try to help you with comments.

Just say what you woud say if you were talking face to face with your boss.

at the time of interview, (nine months before), my company owner (boss) was prmosied me after six month probotion period "we will increase salary AED1000/- ($250)". but still nothing happaned

Are you sure that you want to write a letter, instead of just talking to your boss about this?

In our interview nine months ago, I was told that I would receive a salary increase of AED1000/- ($250) after my six-month probation period. I have still not received this, so I would be very grateful if you could look into the matter.

as i have completd one year with vividha i am accepting increament in my salary right now i ma getting 12000/- per month.

smiti told me now onwards my salary will be 14000/- but i am not happy with increament as i ma hndling whole store ,all customers

my few rolls in vividha

handling customer

handling production for for both shop customized as well as ready pick products

visiting client house doing dressup they are room

powai shop increase in sale as per your decide amt

i all ready set intire powai shop in systeam with code about sale report ,stock report .slow moving & fast moving ect

giving trainin to new comers

keeping track on out sours product for both shop

keeping sale product sending weekly report to all

after doing all this i am looking more incremwnts in vividha ''

Kindly help draft a letter relfecting Management's decision to increase the geeneral entry level salary of customer relations officer, while conveying the increment to an old staff whose current salary needs to be upgraded to the proposed one.
