Hi all. Here are another three sentences which I think need a grammar check...

«Having a rest takes a fourth of the day. The same time is spent during [or on?] a walk from one location to another.»

«Remember, that a long walk without rest leads to a quick loss of energy. A too long sleep should be avoided as well»

«Health is decreased during long walks and fights. Food, rest and some medicine help to heighten it.»

Remember that a long walk without rest leads to a quick loss of energy. (no comma).
or:
Remember, a long walk without rest leads to a quick loss of energy. (comma)
or:
Remember: a long walk without rest leads to a quick loss of energy. (colon)

I don't think we can comfortably say that
the health is decreased (perhaps affected by)
the health is heightened (perhaps improved)

Oh, Marius. I am sorry again for not providing context. Health is a numeric value in a computer game. It is mentioned in the text before those sentences about health.

All the sentences are from the manual for an ancient Russian adventure game.

So, could you comment on the sentences having this context in mind?

Did I get you right that you have inserted "the" before "health"?
