Same spelling different pronunciation

If you know the formal international pronunciation rules and can read the transkripts in the dictionaries, it will not be a problem I guess. Just know whether it is used as verb, noun or adjective.

problem is I have no idea how to read that phonetic script, we never learned that in school Stick out tongue [:P] Do you or anyone else by chance know a good website that could help me with that (phonetics)?
