This shirt is the same as/with hers.

This file is the same as/with those files.

When you are comparing things, use same as.

You might hear "the same with" used in a sentence that is constructed differently.  For example:

Sam:  I always end up very annoyed and frustrated when I have to deal with that pompous fool.
Bob:  It's the same with me.
