A company sponser a trip to bangkok for my boss..... and now i need to do a letter to claim back the bills.

may  i please get a sample letter for the above mentioned matter.

Hi,

We don't write letters for people. It's better if you try, and then we can offer you comments.

Just star by writing what you would say if you were talking to your boss about this matter. Smile [:)]
