I am writing a letter requesting sponsorship for a band. I would most appreciate any help in writing this letter. Thanks.

OK. Start by writing what you would say if you were talking face to face with the person. Then post that here, and we will try to help you with comments.Smile [:)]

i AM VER BUSINESS ORIENTATED BUT I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO SET UP ADRUG AND ALCOHOL REHABILITATION CENTRE. i AM A VERY PASSIONATE PERSON TRYIN TO HELP ADDICTS AND THEIR FAMILY TO  COME OUT OF THEIR ADDICTION ,
I HAVE been let down twice by 2 medical proffesions inthe pretence asked me for my skills to opejn up renhab centres and they promised to compensate me by profi sharing.
In two attempts i got these place up and running yet to my disappointment they said that they cannot afford me,
I am trying hard to write letters tjo Mr MANDELA or The OPRA Sbhow and asking if they could help me build up a centre for female drug and alcohol treatment centre Please Help me .

well, i dont know how to start to make a sponsor letter at least all my expenses during im in their country, they will pay for that, so i dont know how to start to write for the sponsor letter or letter of recomandation...

Dear Sir, My name is BT with [a website] and I am a representative for the Cleveland based band, XYZ.  XYZ is a rapidly growing group of talented musicians.  The band has seen rapid growth in their fan base, and are attracting a great crowd every time they play.  XYZ's demographics (18 to 29) seem to match yours very well and I think that we could help increase your sales with promotion of your product and our band.  XYZ has expressed their love for your product and __________________.
  XYZ is looking for not only monetary sponsorship but possible discounts and free merchandise would be appreciated.  Any promotional material that could be used at our shows would be displayed proudly along with_________________________.  Any monies given would be used to help fund a tour to help increase the fan base and _____________.  I would appreciate if you would get back to me with any information regarding this potential partnership

to whom it may concern: <<<  Don't say this. Find the person's name, or start 'Dear Sir'. eg Call the business and ask for the manager's name.

You need to be as speciifc as possible as to what you want. eg Money - How much? What will it be spent on?

You need to explain more why the business should sponsor you. In what way will they benefit from doing so?

If they decide to sponsor you, what should they do next?

You also need to express your future gratitude.
