Saxon genitive

It is better if you say: China and India´s  foreign policies. When there are two possessors the Saxon Genitive goes with the last one.

Becuse it is the only noun inflection surviving from Old English or Anglo-Saxon

No, it is not correct. In case of two names, the second one takes the genitive/

"China and India's foreign policies."
