Searching for an out-of-print dictionary

I'm looking for a dictionary that is published in 2000 and is no longer available in the stores. I wonder if there are some places or websites I could check out. I don't mind a used copy. If there is anyone who would like to sell yours, do let me know. The book's info is below. Thanks.

Hello Clarence, I don't know where you're from. You're right about the shipping: even if they do agree to ship it to you, it might turn out to be too expensive. Anyway, here's some more:
