What seems to be her shortcomings have end up being a great gift.
What seems her shortcomings have end up being a great gift.

Are my sentence correct?
Do they mean the same?

Thanks

Hello! Do you mind if I help?

The first sentence is partially correct. You can word it like this to though:
What seemed to be her shortcomings have ended up becoming a great gift to her.
The second sentence is not correct at all. You can revise or make it better by doing this:
What was her shortcomings now becoming a great gift for her.

Make sense? I hope so. I am glad to help you.Smile

I partially agree.

What seemed [to be - optional] her shortcomings have ended up being a great gift.
