Hi. How do you understand the term "self mind" in this sentence? Is it simply "my mind?"

"Mastering the Art of Self Mind Control" It's an awkward and unclear phrase. Better to say something like

"Mastering the Art of Controlling Your Own Mind", but it really needs a bit more explanation in order to make sense.

I agree with Clive. It could also be "Mastering the Art of Self Control".
