She plans to stay (put number of days here) days in Japan.
She has calculated her expenses to be:
Lodging (cost of hotel here)
Meals (cost of food here)
Transportation: (cost for bus, train, taxi here)
Sightseeing and touring: (cost for tickets, entry fees here)
Incidental expenses: (extra money here)
The total cost will be (total cost of your trip here).
I have agreed to sponsor her trip and have set aside (put total cost here) to cover her expenses.

Mr. X. ***

The embassy might require proof that your expenses calculations are reasonable (hotel reservations, etc.). and also proof that your father has the money for your trip, such as a bank statement. You will have to ask the embassy what proof they require.
