Hello

Is it a good sentence?

"When you fast, what your meals consist of?" Maybe I should add "do", i.e. When you fast what do your meals consist of?

thanks

When you fast, what do your meals consist of? (I agree that this sentence is correct.)

When you fast, what do you eat?
