et al means - Krisk, David, Jhon
Yes, et al. is fine, although you need a period rather than a comma after the abbreviation 'al'. Actually, the period is often omitted.
'Krish et al.' means 'Krish and others', ie Krish, Krisk, David and Jhon. In other words, it is a plural subject.
'Proposed' is not a suitable word.
