This sentence is on a pub flyer and has become a topic of debate as to whether this phrase or sentence is grammatically correct. Would it be ;  who have help make this pub what it is today.  ---or---   who have helped make this pub what it is today.

Please join us on Saturday, March 8th, as we extend our appreciation to all the patrons old & new, (not by age!)- who have help make this Pub what it is today.

The pub's flyer has a typo.

It should be "...who have helped make...".  That is the present perfect of the verb 'help'.

It could also be worded this way: "...who have helped to make...".

The simple present tense would be this:   "...who help (to) make...".
