I promise, this is my last post on this topic. I just need to say "there will be a time" and "a time will come" are time clauses which bear the same function relative to [when] .....

I agree, syntex is changed but the meaning and function of [when] are still the same.  By the way, the approach of opening mouth first is not working well for you. Venting frustrated disguised profanity won't help the causeBeer [B].

Omitting "will" for the parenthesis, is it really tense simplification?
