Tell me whether the following sentence is correct: If I weren't interested in football I wouldn't have minded watching the film on Channel Two yesterday evening.

If I weren't interested in football I wouldn't have minded watching the film on Channel Two yesterday evening.
This is a toughy, perhaps a teacher could better answer it. I would write:
If I wasn't interested in football, I wouldn't have minded watching the film on Channel Two yesterday evening.
But it's too long:
Had I no interest in football, I
would
have watched the film on Channel Two yesterday evening.

Yes, your sentence is correct.
The only thing you might do is add a comma after 'football'.

hello friends
in this subject i am surprised or i had known wrongly
If I wasn't interested in football, I wouldn't have minded watching the film on Channel Two yesterday evening
it is type2: if +simple past , would/could/might/should V1
so if it is type2 it should be
"If I wasn't interested in football, I wouldn't minded watching ............
if it is type3 it should be
"if I hadn't been interested in football , I wouldn't have minded watching the film .........
please clarify me.........
