What's the formal sentence = "She cannot tell me what to do"


Letter:
She was fed up with me for taking too many holidays & pleaded me no more. Told her that's understandable for unable to find available support worker, it's the organization's responsibility not mine. She cannot tell me what to do...

What's the formal sentence = "She cannot tell me what to do" <<< There's nothing wrong with the way this is written.


Letter:
She was fed up with me for taking too many holidays & pleaded me no more. Told her that's understandable for unable to find available support worker, it's the organization's responsibility not mine. She cannot tell me what to do...

 

She was fed up with me for taking too many holidays, and pleaded with me not to take any more. I told her that was understandable, since she was unable to find support workers, but that it was the organization's responsibility and not mine. She cannot tell me what to do...
