Sentence corrections help needed

I have a few sentences that I'm having trouble with. They need to be corrected both grammar and punctuation.

1. I bought and he sold.

2. In last weeks issue of Fortune appeared Johnson’s latest article Tiger! The Sky’s the Limit for Golf.

Any help will be appreciated!

Number one is correct. Number two is:

«Johnson’s latest article, Tiger! The Sky’s the Limit for Golf, appeared in last week's issue of Fortune.»
