Could you please sentence fragment the following sentence correctly?
Richard III supposedly had the young princes murdered. Found out what really happened to them.

Hello JT, welcome to English Forums!
I know very little about "sentence-fragmenting". If this means 'parse', please let me know. But if you simply want to know which of your phrases are fragments:
1. Richard III supposedly had the young princes murdered.] This doesn't look like a fragment to me.
2. Found out what really happened to them. ] This looks like a fragment, as 'found out' doesn't have a subject.

Hello MrP
If this 'found' is really not 'find', I feel this 'found' might be a rarely used verb ''found'.
OED tells that it means 'try to find' or 'prove'.

In Japan today even dogs are learning how to bow-wow in English.

Ah! In that case, would you read it as a possible imperative?

Yes, I made imperative reading.

I suppose 'Found out' could also be a typo for 'Sound out'.

Do you mean "make inquiry"? It sounds better fit.
