Why is this one no good?

Why isn't this one good?

Is there any difference between both sentence? is both grammartically correct? and which one should I use in daily lives?Smile [:)]

Thanks for all advices. ><

I recommend Why isn't this one good? for most cases.
If one of them is really bad, and you are trying to draw attention to how bad (no good) it is, then use Why is this one no good? or Why is this one not good?
