Hi

I made two sentences, but I am not sure whether they are right or not.
If you find something wrong in Grammar or vocabulary, help me check them.

Thank you very much.

1. The department of journalism provided us with an opportunity of being intern journalist. This would help us integrate theory and practice.
2. Whether an organization can operate well is dependent on its members' loyalty. After all, members' loyalty can breathe new life into its organization and turn its organization from unorganized one into cohesive one.
