Would you be so kind to tell me if these sentences are grammatically correct?

I’m not late, am I?

I’m late, aren’t I?
I’m late, aren’t me?

Let’s go for a walk, shall we?
Let me know if you have further news, will you?

Thank you in advance!

'I'm late, aren't I?'-- in informal spoken English this is fine. In very formal English, it would better be expressed as 'I'm late, am I not?'
