Would you please verify the sentence structure of following paragraph?. I have highlighted certain errors  in red;please confirm if I am missing anything here.

Thanks for taking the initiative again, (No comma. Use ', and' instead) this seems to be a good place. I think in your last proposal you mentioned that each individual would bring food and then we share, (No comma. Use ' ;' instead) that definitely is a fun thing. On the other hand (Comma needed here) I like what we did in December last year where Neal helped us to put some nice Burgers and other stuff, (No comma. Use '.' instead) we could contribute money and have a BBQ kind of thing again? Depends on how much time we are willing to spend there etc, if BBQ is not an option we could order some Pizza/Pasta options. (This sentence doesn't seem right, though I don't have a concrete reason).

Thanks,

Kris

Hi,

I have added some comments in blue.

Thanks for taking the initiative again, (No comma. Use ', and' instead) I suggest a period here, the two sentences don't seem closely related this seems to be a good place. I think in your last proposal you mentioned that each individual would bring food and then we more common would be to insert 'would' here share, (No comma. Use ' ;' instead) I suggest a period, avoid a lot of semicolons that definitely is a fun thing. On the other hand (Comma needed here) I like what we did in December last year where Neal helped us to put put is the wrong word - perhaps cook or prepare? some nice no capital 'B' Burgers and other stuff, (No comma. Use '.' instead) we could contribute money and have a BBQ kind of thing again? It Depends on how much time we are willing to spend there etc, period if BBQ is not an option comma  we could order some  no capital 'P's Pizza/Pasta no need to repeat the word 'options ' here options. (This sentence doesn't seem right, though I don't have a concrete reason). seems OK to me

Best wishes, Clive
