You are right about USAuto's concern
about patent rights. The
immediate solution that
comes to mind is "trust", and when two
businesses have an alliance
for manufacturing a product or delivering a
service, I think both businesses should have some sort of trust
in
each other,
even though they may operate according to? rigid business contracts and patent laws.
The last phrase stumps me. While talking about trust you
introduce ideas which represent lack of trust. It seems to me
that a clause with "even though", "although", or "even while" is
appropriate in that case.
