Sentence structure

Hi, i need some help about this, which one is the correct one:

1. i wonder where he goes ?

2. i wonder where he go ?

and

1. do you know where he goes ?

2. do you know where he go ?

and

1. did you know what he did to me ?

2. did you know what he does to me ?

and

1.i wonder what is that ?
2. i wonder what that is ?

these are the question that confuse me a lot as i heard it from others so which one is the correct ones
