Sentence structure and word usage

Is following sentence grammatically correct and is it correct to use thus after the comma.

Previous study has demonstrated GPR30 to be Gαs coupled, thus stimulates adenylate cyclase and production of cAMP.

I have no idea what you're talking about (;)) Wink, but your comma is fine; you probably want 'stimulating' instead of 'stimulates'.
