I need to have few sentences checked

Welcome to the Forum.

I have some sentences that I want to check if they are gramatically correct and whether if they convey what I want to say or not. if not true, give me suggestions.


 1-check the cost, and compare it to your budget.
2- you have to buy new clothes that suit the weather.
3- You should think about preparations before the trip.
4- what makes a vacation perfect? And, .. etc
5- ask him to think of places for vacation and take into account his opinions and suggestions.

I've made a few edits. In addition, you need capital letters at the start.
