Are the sentences using the underlined word (pronoun and so on) as shown below correct?

I agree that these are correct sentences, but, if it matters, I'm not sure they are examples of interrogative pronouns.  I'm not an expert on grammar terminology, but perhaps they use relative pronouns?

The candidate who wins the most vote will be elected as president

She knows who is responsible for the incident
