Hi,

It's not a correct verb form.

Are you perhaps thinking of I shall be . . . or I shall have been . . .?

Best wishes, Clive

I was surprised to find over 10,000 hits at Yahoo on shall been.

Some of them are here:
---------------------
The New American Standard New Testament (The Lockman Foundation, 1960)
reads: "And whatever you shall bind on earth shall been bound in
heaven, and whatever you shall loose on earth shall have been loosed
in heaven."

Active and active gold members shall been titled to all the member
benefits and membership services of the Association ...

... charitable, scientific or educational organizations which shall
been ruled exempt by the Internal Revenue Service ...

... any duly constituted meeting, or by mail, provided notice shall
been sent to each member at least five days previous to ...

.. uses until and unless the location or expansion of such use shall
been approved by the County ...

.. In order for such improvement to be deemed public, it shall been to
be built to City specifications or shall be required ...

-------------
A quick look told me all can be converted to the standard forms mentioned by Clive.

Anybody can make a typo, and have it picked up on the Internet. As already noted, shall be, or shall have been.

Nothing that is cited from the Bible can be taken for current, standard grammar. It's known for its old-fashioned style.

The interesting question is: was this form used at any time in the past with any regularity?

Although I am not at all familiar with ever using 'shall been', or thinking that it sounds right, Google shows over 15,000 examples, most of which look pretty darn reliable.  Wassup with that?

Hi,

Well, #2 on my google list is The member shall been titled to appear before that meeting. This clearly seems to be an incorrect form of The member shall be entitled to appear before that meeting. #9 on my list also has the same confusion about 'entitled'.

#7 on my google list reads the slaughtered pigs shall been bone and raised only in ... I don't trust the grammar of anyone who misspells 'born' in this way.

I didn't have time to check the other 15,297 but they are just wrong, wrong, wrong. Wrong.

Best wishes, Clive
