Dear Mr and Mrs Crawford,
In this short letter I will describe main details about the seaside house.
The seaside house is a cottage, situated near the Lielupe, in very quiet and clean environment.
In the cottage’s downstairs there is a kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is fully fitted including a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and washer. The living room is comfortably furnished with sofas and has a TV, video and hi-fi system.
In upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a bath, shower stall and WC.
Near the cottage there is a well landscaped garden with a great place for barbecuing.
And at the end, the cottage has a directly attached garage with an automatic garage door opener.
