i'd like to know the difference in using every one of them, i have already searched till page 11 but i couldnt find what i want,,can you give examples to make it clear for me?

Should = it's a good idea that / it's proper that.  You should stop smoking.  You shouldn't park here.
Must
= it's necessary that / it's required that.  You must not steal.  You must get your feet off the table.

In use, either may often be used.  I should/must leave now.

There are other uses.
