Lets say I was to write something like this in english:
Are you sure that he was driving a red car?

But I want to add a little bit of extra info to the question...
even though he doesn't have a drivers licence.

How exactly would I add that to the original question? Would the added part be apart of the question or would it take place after the question?
Are you sure that he was driving a red car -- even though he doesn't have a drivers licence?
Or
Are you sure that he was driving a red car, even though he doesn't have a drivers licence?
Or
Are you sure that he was driving a red car? Even though he doesn't have a drivers licence.
Or
Are you sure that he was driving a red car; even though he doesn't have a drivers licence?

Which is the correct grammar of the sentence?

hi Matsko

from a grammar poitn of view the correct sentence(s) is,

Are you sure that he was driving a red car? Even though he doesn't have a drivers licence.

Your trail and error approach is a good learning device, as you see what could be wrong and can compare it with what is actually right.

Are you sure that he was driving a red car, even though he doesn't have a driver's (driving licence) license?

Are you sure that he was driving a red car even though he doesn't have a driver's (driving licence) license?
