pain = pains ... rain = rains

dish = dishes ... fish = fishes

bleep = bleeps ... sheep = sheeps

mouse = mice ... house = hice

goose = geese ... moose = meese

of course, they're all wrong, but does anyone have any more of these?

Hi,

Perhaps medium = media ---- tedium = tedia?

Actuallly, these ones are not wrong, they are just alternative and less common forms  -

rain = rains

fish = fishes

Best wishes, Clive

P.S.

has anyone seen the movie "oscar"?  tim curry played that part of a linguist, who's job was to teach sylvester stallone's character to speak like a "banker"... funny.
