I have always been taught that you use so+adjective and such+noun. I have been ask to rewrite the following sentence using such.
I'm so hot at the moment, I'm finding it difficult to fall asleep at night.
Do you think that is possible? I can't find a way to do that.

Let me try to make a few applicable examples.
It is such a hot day that I find it difficult to fall asleep at night.
Such is the heat at the moment that I find it difficult to fall asleep at night.
The heat of the day is such that I find it difficult to fall asleep at night.
In such hot weather, I find it difficult to fall asleep at night.
I find it difficult to form a sentence keeping the main clause intact.
