I don't know what to say, but it's just unfair... I'm not meant to complain, but I can't help...

I don't know whether you have had the same problem as me, but I would like you to know my problem... well, you may not like to hear about it:

I am a high school student, more specificly a freshman, who need to get a good grade under the pressure of competition of society. I can't say that I am doing my best, but what I have done is enough to get straight A's. Today, however, I got a phone call from school which has said that I got a F in my P.E. class!!!! I was shock when I got that call, not because I didn't do good in my P.E class, but they gumed up my grade! I can definitely tell that I get a very high point in my P.E class. Every test that I took in P.E class, whether mile running or sport competition, is A or above. I am upset and mourned. I have done everything with exertion, but the things all end up with melancholy.  I have even thought a question- should I just play games every day, which means to enjoy my life, instead to doing work hardly? Others told me a american slang- "easy come, easy go," but I wasn't doing my work headlessly, why have I end up the same?

Anyways, if you are still looking , I appreciate that.

Why can't you ask the teacher if there was some sort of mistake? If  you really did do well and they simply made an error in entering it, it should be easy to fix.

Thanks to your reply.

Well, it is my fault that I didn't tell in the paragraphy that this kind of matter have happened many times. It can simply ruin my file of highschool...

You just need to talk to your PE instructor.  You'll never know what really went wrong if you'll never ask.  This also happened to me before, and you know what?!?! I really failed PE! The teacher showed me all my records and I had to admit, I really am a PE BUMMER! But I was able to arrange with my teacher, I asked her to give me instead a special project so that I can compensate atleast with the actual performance.  And that's how I got a passing grade in PE.  So, you see, all you need to do is talk to you teacher so you will know how she came up with that grade.

God sometimes allows us to feel pain in order for us to appreciate the mere comfort of just being ok.

I agree with IF.

If it happened once, it sounds like an entry error. If it happened more than once, then there is something going on that you are missing. You absolutely MUST talk to your PE teacher and not assume they made a mistake with your grade. If it was a mistake, they will fix it. If it was not a mistake, then you need to be aware of what you need to do to fix it for future marking periods. But to sit there and say "They made a mistake; I'm perfect. But I'm not going to do anything about it" is the wrong course of action!

Thanks for all of you.

I asked my GLC, and he told me that he'll fix this. And I also asked my present P.E teacher, he also told me that I get 104% in his class. Well, as all of you had said, it would be easy to fix by asking, I was too shy to ask (more specificly-lazy). Anyways, thank to you all Smile [:)]
