Im an arabic guy , i love english and i wish to know how can i improve my english ( Speaking and writing ) .

Try speaking daily, going online and reading/posting in forums. Watching English movies with subtitles is another way to improve your English. You can also look online for English speaking penpals, a very popular thing going on right now is using "Skype" to talk to friends online for free. Try all of these options and your English will be sure to improve.

as for speaking the most effective way undoutbly is practice. i think you must know the saying goes practice makes perfect. perhaps you don't make any progress at very beginnig. yet i am sure you can get somewhere after a long period of practising. never give up. as to writting you'd better read as many as possible. thus your both your thought and vocabulary can be enriched.so just try it!
