Which one is best to use? I use 'is' and i saw a newspaper used 'is' Smile [:)]

Well, Mike, it depends on what "all" refers to.

"all" = "everything": then use "is". Maybe in this case it's better to use "everything".

"all" = "all the people": then use "are"
