1. She is working.

I guess the word 'working' is an adverb.

2. She is working at a nursery.

I guess the words 'at a nursery' are adverbial compliments.

Please tell me if I am wrong.

You are wrong. 'Working' is the main verb and 'is' is the auxiliary.

'...at the nursery' is a prepositional phrase.
