I was recently made redundant and have been looking for a perm role since october, with no sucess as yet.

Would be grateul if you could check my Cover letter over and make any suggestions.

Your advertisement for the position as ..interests me greatly and I would like to apply.

I currently work within the .................... industry based at the ........................... in Mayfair, providing assistance to the Office Manager. Working closely with management has introduced me to the fundamentals to running a smooth and efficient office. Deadlines are imperative within this arena of employment as there are many laws set by government; this in turn has been a vital lesson in my understanding of management. I am required to cover the managers absence which has given me the desired experience needed for office management roles. General duties within both roles include personnel, payroll, forms/letters, finance and marketing.

Apart from my work experience I have completed a Business Administration Level 1 & 2 course. Topics covered were customer service, general ad-hoc duties and the significance administration. I also have a grade C in GCSE English Language and hold an OCR Word-processing certificate.

I am a responsible, hardworking and proactive individual who takes pride in completing tasks with efficiency and on time. Being supportive is one of my main attributes following closely are my abilities to work under pressure and my excellent organisation skills.

With my ability to work on my own initiative or within a team I believe I would be a suitable candidate for the position available.

I am available for an interview at any time and I am able to start work as soon as possible.
