Surely you didn't mean just the typo?

Which applies to the barns, so although I don't know that it's factually accurate, grammatically is seems okay.

I think it 's okie too, but my teacher crossed out the comma ...Can you explain why did she do that?

I disagree with her "correction." The "which" phrase that follows adds additional information and is non-restrictive. You will have to ask her.

(You may be interested to know that I live only a few miles from "Amish country" here in the U.S.)
